Inspired Outdoor Living
ABOVE: City code requirements dictated the connection of this swim-up bar pool house to the existing home. But we transformed the restrictions
into a design positive, as the connection created a shaded cover for those seeking respite from the sun while also serving as an upper-level bridge
between the lanai and upstairs pool-house rooms.
FACING PAGE TOP: The patio and outdoor living spaces extend the materials and style of this modern farmhouse home to the stunning overlook.
These areas surround the 360-degree perimeter-overflow watershape, with accent fire features throughout to ignite the entire outdoor living
experience at night.
FACING PAGE BOT TOM: The low-profile pavilion provides desired shade and cover from the elements while not hindering views to the distant
hills. The decorative double-cedar posts frame the views that are enjoyed from the outdoor kitchen and entertainment bar.
