Janet Lennox Moyer, FIALD, AOLP COLD, is an internationally known lighting designer, specializing in landscape lighting. She provides comprehensive services
for all exterior projects, large or small, prioritizing thorough, personal involvement across every facet. As the recipient of many design awards, her work has won
worldwide acclaim for its artistry. She has also been published extensively in magazines, newspapers, and books and has taught all over the world, including
Australia, Canada, Brazil, Italy, Japan, Sweden, and at UC Berkeley, Rutgers, and the Lighting Research Center. She founded the International Landscape Lighting
Institute (ILLI) in 2010 (started in the 1990s) as an educational non-profit organization that provides landscape lighting education classes in the U.S. and abroad. Her
first book,
e Landscape Lighting Book, now in it's 3rd edition, covers the process of lighting design and all the technical information required to create successful
lighting. Her latest book,
e Art of Landscape Lighting: A Designer's Companion, published in 2022, provides inspirational colored photos covering most of her
46 years creating lighting.
