Dean Larkin, AIA
Architecture is such a passion and a way of life for Dean Larkin, AIA, that he didn't so
much choose it as a career, as it chose him. He graduated from the renowned University
of Southern California's School of Architecture, and became the first employee of Richard
Landry, founder of Landry Design Group. While there, Dean worked on numerous high-end
residential and upscale destination projects around the world. He opened his namesake
firm, Dean Larkin Design, in 1999 with a focus on luxury private residences that capture the
essence of Southern California, balancing luxury with casual elegance. Dean's emphasis
on livable glamour has been creating stunning modern designs under Dean Larkin Design
ever since.
