Nestled on a wooded lot, we knew immediately that this remodel would need to bring warm wood tones and natural
elements into the space. The beautiful walnut cabinets from PB Kitchen Design & Cabinetry in Geneva, IL, pay homage to
midcentury design. Additional features were designed to meet the couple's desire for a functional, comfortable kitchen. For
example, storage abounds in this stunning kitchen without taking away from its beauty. Also, the custom pedestal table is
purposefully attached to the island to allow guests to be a part of the kitchen action while seated at a comfortable height.
A fabulous bar and buffet area is made for entertaining and replaced what was once a large and bulky built-in banquette.
