The world of vintage kitchen design brings together natural elements with antique details to create a culinary haven that exudes both warmth and style. This design trend has
captured the hearts of homeowners, offering a blend of coziness and visual appeal. For this kitchen, we achieved the epitome of classic elegance, integrating 17th-century
antique Moroccan doors into the space and maximizing their potential. The mix of wood with zinc metal countertops is a lovely counterbalance; we also juxtaposed the use of
mixed metals throughout for that time-honored, traditional feel. Open shelvin, that's lit from underneath allows for the display of cherished dinnerware and accessories without
blocking the incredible copper penny mosaic backsplash— it's what pulls this whole kitchen together with such a delightful twist! Can you spot the one nickel that was integrated
into the penny backsplash? When the owners found this home there was a nickel laying on the floor next to the front entrance. Since the owners' late father had collected nickels
they took it as a sign that this was the home for them. That nickel is now embedded in the backsplash as a reminder of the love they have for him.
