It was imperative to us and our client to maximize every square inch of this compact kitchen renovation in a midcentury home. We created an open kitchen environment that
was elevated both aesthetically and functionally, modifying the existing footprint and adding a new floor-to-ceiling picture window which introduced more natural light and
showcased the stunning canyon views. We incorporated a 30-inch refrigerator rather than a 36-inch to save space and added bronze glass upper cabinet doors for depth,
drama, and reflective quality. The bespoke cabinetry is a blend of stunning Linea walnut and a white lacquered finish for a clean, modern aesthetic. Finding the most perfect
stone slab for the perimeter countertop and backsplash made my heart sing — and, thankfully, my client was on board and trusted the vision. The stone's honed texture, variation
of color, and dramatic movement ensures a showstopping result that can also be seen and appreciated from the living spaces.
