One of the first things you might notice in this modern kitchen is the dramatic Copacabana granite slab on the large island as well as the matching drop-down dining bar. We
brought in this gorgeous piece of stone from Brazil and it is such a perfect complement to the kitchen's white-and-black palette. We took advantage of the high ceilings in the
space by adding a floating cloud panel above the island. The white cabinetry also extends to the ceiling with glass doors along the top row to add an illuminated, brighter effect.
I love the streamlined effect of the gold hardware, which we installed horizontally for a more contemporary feel to complete the space.
