Nested in this traditional 1924 side hall Colonial is the "funky Fauve powder room." Drawing inspiration from Fauvism, an art movement
characterized by vivid expressionistic use of color that flourished in Paris in the early 1900s, this modern, eclectic space is elegant
and luxurious while offering a quiet, sophisticated, and dramatic moment for guests. The renovation expanded the room to make
it more comfortable for guests while providing some needed visual drama for the homeowners. We mixed finishes to bring an old-
meets-new vibe.
