351 In transitional design, it's always important to strike a careful balance between traditional and modern elements using tonal hues, intriguing textures, and an overall minimal aesthetic that's timelessly sophisticated. That's exactly the approach we implemented for both these bathroom suites, which boast a relaxing, spa-inspired feel. Monochromatic shades reign supreme yet are far from bland, thanks to thoughtfully interesting accents. For example, a gorgeous chandelier is a crowning glory that bejewels one space with crystallized fluidity. The velvet blue ottoman cuts through the neutrality for an elegantly refined finish. Lighting also plays a role in decorative sconces that elevate a simple mirror to glam territory. The walk-in shower space boasts a rain head and multiple jets with waterfall tile against the pristine slabs of white marble.
