263 This gorgeous project is a testament to the power of finishes to transform a space. Although we kept the layout of this primary bathroom mainly the same, the space is nearly unrecognizable with stunning details like contemporary new cabinetry, honed quartzite countertops, satin brass fixtures, textured wall tile and marble mosaic tile with inlaid brass, custom, LED-backlit mirrors, and stunning crystal sconces and chandelier. Let's also have a moment for the steam shower. It has all the bells and whistles with three body sprays, a rain head, and large-format porcelain wall tiles. Not only did we add additional windows into the shower on each side of the backlit mirror to open the space, but we also designed it with a sloped ceiling so the condensation from the steam shower doesn't drip directly onto anyone sitting on the teak bench. And, yes, you can see the TV from the shower. It may be an unpopular opinion, but we love a TV in the bathroom. It's a great way to get the news in the morning while you're getting ready.
