ABOVE: This "Midcentury Luxe" project was a special remodel of a Vegas ranch home owned by a collector of midcentury furniture. We elevated the design by adding luxurious
materials to identify with the client's personal aesthetic. This included her dream of a massage tub and steam shower in her new primary bath.

FACING PAGE TOP: "Maison des Papillons" was a renovation project for a talented doctor serving the Las Vegas community. We incorporated her love for French interiors and
fine art throughout her entire home — including this stellar powder room. The butterfly wallcovering adds a touch of elegant whimsy to complement the black-and-white fine art
photograph.

FACING PAGE BOTTOM: "Casa La Quinta" was a special collaboration for sophisticated owners who appreciate fine textiles and decorative lighting. Taking inspiration from our
clients' elegant style, this primary bath was brought to life with Phillip Jeffries Tribeca Threads wallcovering paired with Julie Neill's dramatic Alberto wall sconces in a lotus flower
shape by Visual Comfort.
