THIS PAGE: In this modern primary bath, floating, steel-framed mirrors are suspended
over expansive windows to allow the homeowners to enjoy the views of the desert
canyon and natural wildlife wandering by. The walls are clad in a wood-look porcelain tile
boasting a large-scale dimensional pattern. A custom-colored tub from Victoria + Albert
sits in front of the graphically dynamic focal wall.
FACING PAGE TOP AND BOTTOM LEFT: This desert-contemporary, spa-inspired
primary bathroom is keenly layered with sheen and sparkle. A water drip wall
sculpture by artist Xawery Wolski was commissioned by the homeowner. Taupe-
stained, slab-front cabinets offer a grounding, neutral tone. The custom crystal
chandelier with star-shaped drops echoes the sculpture and is suspended above
the freestanding tub to add a touch of glamour. The art-collecting homeowners
wanted an outdoor sculpture by artist Kim Cridler to be a focal point within
the room.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM RIGHT: In this powder room, we love the lyrical simplicity of this
curved, wall-mounted faucet that pours into a concrete integral sink. It's a whimsical
surprise for the homeowners' guests.
