THIS PAGE: A gut remodel for this bathroom included a beautiful
mix of shapes and textures to afford a spa-like effect while creating
the illusion of a bigger space. For the window wall, we selected a
calming blue-grey mosaic that complements the organic, pebbled
stone tile on the shower floor. Housing the tub within an open walk-
in shower is a brilliant way to maximize space in a small bathroom.
FACING PAGE: Leaning into a midcentury modern mood, we
reimagined this bathroom to be a design-forward space while
staying within our client's budget parameters. By mixing marble-
like quartz countertops and ceramic tiles on the wall and shower,
we were able to add visual appeal while minimizing costs. Indeed,
the real standout of this space is the Art Deco-patterned tile wall. It
brings a cool, mod energy to the bathroom, especially when paired
with the rectangular mirrors and vintage-inspired hardware and
accessories.
