Our design philosophy is "connecting people to the art of living," which
is evident in our work at this modern equestrian villa, Maliview Estate.
The home is a completely unique art piece set in the Malibu mountains
just a few minutes away from the Golden Coast of Southern California,
so capturing the harmony of the natural environment was important to
make sure the home fit its surroundings. We served as both the designer
and builder for this project, and our attention to architectural form and
design was of the highest priority.
Accents of lavender on a palette of muted tones help create visual
interest as well as a uniquely calming living space. In this estate, our
firm's artistic touches are found throughout the design, and because of
its aesthetic, eye-catching vibes, it should come as no surprise that we've
created art galleries in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The entire home is
made up of carefully sculpted lines and natural elements. We only take
on projects that pique our interest and present a chance to explore our
team's creativity with the clear goal of letting clients connect to the
beauty and the art of living.
