David Marlatt
If owner and founder David Marlatt had to find one commonality in his projects over the last 25 years, it
would likely be that he and his team have placed the practical needs of clients and their communities first.
He follows no set style but instead seeks to solve design problems for clients as they arise. The role of the
firm is to facilitate people as they navigate their environment and use buildings and homes for whatever
purposes they are suited. David defines himself as a humanist and takes great pride in helping them along
their residential path.
