Circle Lofts is a circular-designed, luxury attached-home project that achieves
Net Zero Energy certification. At this community, uniqueness is the standard.
Located within a prime residential infill site in south Scottsdale, Circle Lofts
provides prime access to downtown Scottsdale, downtown Tempe, and the ASU
SkySong Innovation Center, as well as the Loop 101 and Loop 202 freeways.
We emphasized white and gray tones in the exterior structure as a versatile,
stylish color that reflects the natural desert tones and blends seamlessly with
the surroundings while maintaining a sophisticated look. White exteriors are also
practical for the intense Arizona sun, as they effectively reduce glare and absorb
less heat than darker colors, helping to keep a home cooler and more energy
efficient.
The circular pool is another interesting part of this property. This novel form
offers efficient water circulation, space optimization, and cost-effectiveness. Its
round shape provides every resident with the same great view of the pool and
surrounding landscape.
