Sedona, Arizona, is known for its breathtaking red rocks. So, in designing this hillside residence with stunning views, our goal was to blend the architecture
harmoniously and seamlessly with the beautiful landscape by focusing on clean lines, a neutral palette and a layout centered around the surrounding
environment. Perched high in the sky, this home gives the owners the sense of being elevated in the landscape.
That effect is especially true in the great room, showcasing the infinite solitude that unfolds thanks to the Coconino National Forest. The paneled bleached-
wood ceiling adds a natural sense of warmth to this space, with linear lines softened by the curvaceous sofa, hanging ring lights, and swivel chairs. A cobalt-
blue metal sculpture by W. Thomas Tuberty resides next to the fireplace, adding just the right amount of energy.
