What initially appeared as a constraint — positioning the home against a cul-de-sac due to the lot's challenging grade — evolved into an opportunity. The design orchestrates a
sequence of outdoor spaces that transform the property into a private sanctuary that's ideal for gatherings.
The entrance patio flows seamlessly from the foyer and living area, exemplifying the home's indoor-outdoor connectivity. Public spaces unfold in a thoughtful progression, with
living, dining, and kitchen areas leading to a private rear patio embraced by terraced gardens.
