Inspired Modern Living
Designed to embrace natural light and the surrounding landscape, the home seamlessly
integrates three distinct areas for both public and private living. Expansive glass openings
create a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, while deep overhangs
provide shade from the summer sun and invite cool breezes inside. A radiant-heated
concrete floor slab ensures steady interior temperatures, enhancing comfort and energy
efficiency during the colder months.
This home is a testament to timeless design, balancing innovation with heritage in a setting
that continues to tell a family's story.

Located on the exact site where the owner's father built the
original home decades ago, the new Lowell Residence is a
thoughtful reimagining of a family legacy. What began as a
remodel soon evolved into a complete rebuild to better suit
modern needs while honoring the past.
