Exterior entertainment spaces are key when designing a waterfront home. In this property, called "Toy Stories," the
expansive outdoor entertaining areas include a resort-style pool, recessed gazebo, outdoor kitchen and dining areas, a
large artificial turf yard, rooftop lounge and Jacuzzi, and a 120-foot dock with seating. The large, covered entertainment
patio is located directly off the family room. The raised infinity Jacuzzi, adorned in a beautiful tile mosaic, spills over to the
40-foot linear pool that features a swim-up bar at the gazebo and a sheer rain waterfall.
The front aerial view of this property shows the concrete driveway with artificial grass inserts. The driveway leads to
individual electric gates, providing access to the six-car showroom garage on the left, the main entry at the center, a
main garage on the right, and individual high-bay garage doors to accommodate both the Midnight Express boat and the
motorhome were special features added by SBC Development.
