Inspired Modern Living
Dubbed "Modern Eyes," these remarkable residences feature an overall design concept that's inspired by yin and yang.
The left home is designed with white stucco and dark slate porcelain tile accents while the right home is accentuated
with light gray stucco and white Calacatta porcelain tile. The glowing effect of the two residences' LED lights creates the
"modern eyes." as a specialty item created by Modern Eyes Development.
Another significant feature of these homes is a two-story, porcelain-tiled cube that's accented by a band of LED lights;
it highlights the secondary bedroom suite balcony and the primary bathroom on the third floor. In addition, the large,
covered outdoor kitchen and dining area provide exterior entertaining with proximity to the sun-shelf end pool, artificial
turf yard, and dock.
The rear aerial view shows the continuation of the yin-and-yang design with the glowing LED façade. The large, covered
roof deck patio is located off the primary bedroom and features spectacular views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline. Each
of the residences include guest suites with balconies facing the waterfront and overlooking the pool, yard, and a 50-
foot dock.
