THIS PAGE: This charming water view home replaced a very old little cabin. The owners previously lived in
the neighborhood and loved the area, and as this property came up for sale, they knew this location could
give them the home they had been longing for. The site posed challenges, but as always, challenges also bring
opportunities. By following county guidelines, it developed into a warm and personal new residence within
the original footprint, providing many interior walls for their art collection while maximizing the advantage of
incredible westward views.
