Inside the Bayside Residence, the PKA team was instrumental in selecting
materials and finishes to complement the architectural vision. Wood accents
and flooring introduce moments of warmth into the communal spaces, creating
distinct junctions with crisp white ceilings and walls. The stone base of the home
breaks into the upper level in the form of a rough-hewn floor-to-ceiling fireplace.
Bespoke furniture pieces by Nada Bibi were also integral in achieving the clients'
vision for adaptability while introducing pops of color to the neutral palette.
Custom dining tables on the lower level are designed to be rearranged for larger
gatherings or separated for more informal, intimate dining experiences.
Ultimately, this home is a refuge — a beautiful convergence of architecture and
nature — where the collective living experience is functional, adaptable, and
elevated.
