Inspired Modern Living
The volumes of the Florida Modern's interior spaces are visible through the glass from the exterior of the home. Each interior space interacts with the rear landscape and pool
area through multiple indoor-outdoor connection points. Large, comfortable rooms throughout the home allow for the flexibility of small and intimate entertaining as well as large
social events, both of which were important to the homeowners.
The grand two-story foyer boasts a two-story waterfall and a floating steel staircase that separate it from the great room. High ceilings and decorative lighting illuminate the
family room, which features a dramatic floating fireplace wall and sliding glass panels that open to the side loggia. The dining space in the great room soars to great heights with a
built-in aquarium wall behind the bar and a two-story floor-to-ceiling fireplace wall, on the opposite side — both anchoring the space. The corner office on the main floor features
curtain walls of glass and overlooks a reflecting pool.
