70 Inspired Modern Living This striking modern farmhouse showcases a thoughtful blend of traditional geometry and contemporary styling. The exterior features a fresh remodel with a sophisticated combination of white stucco and Hardie Board shiplap siding, creating a clean and inviting aesthetic. The new garage addition seamlessly integrates with the main structure, maintaining the home's classic silhouette. Marvin Modern fiberglass windows add a sleek touch, framing the home with expansive views and allowing natural light to flood the interior. The design balances timeless farmhouse charm with modern materials and detailing, making this remodel both functional and visually stunning. In the rear of the home, the space opens to an inviting backyard retreat, anchored by a sleek, rectangular pool that complements the clean lines of the house. A detached pergola provides a shaded outdoor living area for relaxation or entertaining. The 1,500-square-foot detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) offers apartment-style living with a perfect blend of comfort and contemporary design. Oversized multi-sliding doors open the living space to the outdoors, seamlessly connecting the interior to the surrounding landscape. In addition to stylish living areas, the gym is a private fitness retreat, making this ADU a versatile and luxurious extension of the home. Along with the lead designer, this project benefited from a collaborative team effort that was key to achieving the clients' goals. The general contractor's early involvement was crucial, offering key insights into construction feasibility during the design stages. Their expertise helped the team anticipate potential challenges and adjust the design for smoother execution. The interior design team was equally essential, bringing their high standards of design and attention to detail. Every material choice and color scheme was thoughtfully selected to create a cohesive and striking aesthetic. This collaborative approach fostered clear communication and efficient decision-making, ensuring the project progressed with precision and care, resulting in a beautifully crafted space that reflects the hard work of everyone involved.
