This large renovation project, "Modern Red Rocks," in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas features direct views of the
foothills that lead up to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Previously, the home had a heavy Tuscan
vibe. You'd never know it, though, with the new contemporary aesthetic.
The main living areas was restructured to fully open to the tremendous outdoors. The great room's eye-catching,
floor-to-ceiling fireplace is clad in sintered stone while new custom cabinetry boasts Rehau RAUVISIO Ingrain™ wood
fiber material for a luxurious look.
The primary bath suite underwent a large transformation, resulting in a refreshed walk-in shower with no glass
maintenance and a deep organic soaking tub.
