My design philosophy prioritizes "Innovative designs for a creative mind" — in service of creating spaces that stand apart, enhancing both the client's lifestyle and the surrounding landscape. We push boundaries and explore unique concepts that embrace the beauty of the environment while providing a functional and aesthetically pleasing living space. As we navigate the complexities that come with designing and building uniquely custom waterfront residences in our region, it is nothing short of a tall order. For example, in my 29 years of designing multi-family and individual residences, there has not been a stricter code than the 2023 Florida Building Code Eighth Edition. But we see these challenges as gateways to creativity. We meticulously design every custom waterfront home to be safe and resilient — and to withstand nature's fiercest storms while meeting every compliance regulation — to give our clients the peace of mind they deserve. We use the latest advancements in materials and structural reinforcements while crafting architectural statements that resonate with their picturesque waterfront settings. We prioritize collaboration with every client, knowing that this is necessary to bring the vision to life. Crafting a masterpiece that reflects the client's personality and elevates their everyday experience starts from the first sketch to the final occupancy. Although some parts of the design do have limitations, based on available code compliance materials, the ultimate goal is to create a space that fosters a profound sense of joy, comfort, and security.
