Inspired Modern Living
ABOVE LEFT: The sunroom is the most casual and frequented room in the home as it opens to a large entertaining
space on two sides through an expansive NanaWall glass wall system. The pine-colored green walls bring the outside
in to create a very cozy space.
ABOVE RIGHT: This powder room was masterfully designed to maximize the perception of space. Upon walking
through the door, guests are greeted by an extra-wide vanity surrounded by horizontal stone lengths. The contrasting
heights and width establish a focal point, creating the illusion of a larger space. Cobra marble was chosen for its soft-
pink veining and gray, cloud-like texture, transforming the counter and backsplash into a beautiful cascade of color.
FAR LEFT AND LEFT: A vertical, light-filled staircase leads to an upper-floor family and TV area before continuing to the
main hall and the bedroom suites.
FACING PAGE: In the dining area, unique silhouettes take shape in lighting, furnishings, and carefully curated
accessories for visual interest while accents of black and crisp white along with gorgeous, honed marble, and subtle
wallpaper provide texture and contrast.
