The Pineland Residence makes a statement from every angle, as the design seamlessly flows from interior to exterior and back to interior.
The geometric front façade strikes a balance between bold and inviting, where clean horizontal lines are interlocked by C-shapes and warm
wood paneling and natural stone resonate with the lush natural surroundings.
Around back, the geometric allure of the design continues as it unfolds effortlessly into the landscape, embracing the outdoors. A covered
outdoor living area, kitchen, and bar are a graceful and fully integrated extension of the indoors. It's a space that's tailor-made for entertaining
groups both large and small — something that was very important to the client.
The cantilevered upper level adds both depth and drama, with wrap-around balconies enhancing the connection to nature. Vertical wooden
slats provide warmth and privacy, while expansive glass panels flood the interiors with natural light. The careful juxtaposition of both shelter
and openness come together as one in this dynamic property.
