Century Woods is a collection of luxury homes located in the Century City neighborhood of Los Angeles. Completed in the early 1980s, the community features Mediterranean-inspired estates. To modernize this property
while retaining its original design roots, Lauri Morrison worked with SHL Designs for both an interior and exterior remodel. The result is a stunning upgrade that blends contemporary refinement with timeless, inviting
design — the evidence of which you can see starting with the grand foyer with its rich wood paneling and modern chandelier.
The sleek combination of wood and glass on the staircase likewise pays homage to modern elegance, as does the abstract art that's peppered throughout the entire home. The art serves as an attention-grabbing
punctuation mark in many of the rooms.
Flooded with natural light, the soaring main living area comes alive with its breathtaking arched windows and stunning ceiling windows to create a bright, airy atmosphere. Neutral-toned furnishings and a statement
marble fireplace make this space both luxurious and comfortable.
