From arrival, the Cityview Residence communicates openness and fluidity through its architectural
language. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve conventional barriers, allowing light and landscape
to permeate the minimalist interiors. The division between inside and out becomes virtually
imperceptible. Every vantage point offers sweeping views of the McCullough Mountain range to the
south and the glittering Las Vegas skyline to the north.
Inside, the residence unfolds as a harmonious composition of materials, textures, and spatial
relationships. A neutral color palette enriched with warm tones and tactile stone surfaces fosters an
atmosphere both tranquil and sophisticated.
The material selections create continuity between interior and exterior spaces — smooth stucco,
rugged limestone, sleek metal, and warm woods — establishing a refined contemporary aesthetic that
feels simultaneously grounded and ethereal.

"With an open dialogue between
architecture and environment, we
designed this residence to fully embrace
its surroundings. The interplay of glass,
light, and texture dissolves boundaries,
allowing the home to feel both
expansive and intimate — a sanctuary
where the desert landscape and city
skyline become an extension of the
living experience."
