Inspired Modern Living
The LEED Platinum home uses energy-efficient systems and passive design to achieve a Home Energy Rating System
(HERS) rating of -3, which is less than
Net Zero certification. Large windows and glass doors provide ample natural
daylighting and daylight harvesting, reducing the need for artificial lighting.
Planning for aging in place, the home was designed with wide entry doors, flush showers, easy-to-rotate handles, and
countertop heights that accommodate wheelchairs. An elevator furthers these goals while a custom-crafted three-
level staircase celebrates the journey from ground level to the uppermost floor.
