Inspired Modern Living
Surrounded by multiple 14,000-foot peaks of the San Juan Mountains in southwestern Colorado sits this ski-in/ski-out
residence adjacent to the Telluride Ski Resort. Guests are invited into the entry through a glass aperture that opens to
the forests of the ski area and are immediately drawn to the upper level via the floating white-oak tread and metal stair.
Ascending the stairs, a wine feature appears just before the great room which boasts awe-inspiring views. The great
room serves as a podium for the nearly 180-degree views, thanks to the light and glassy modern design. The fireplace
helps screen an adjacent structure, while drawing attention to the mountains beyond. Large, bifold doors provide
access to the expansive deck space that includes a fire pit, dining area, outdoor kitchen, and hot tub.
A primary suite as well as a guest suite also access the wraparound deck. The lower level features a large family and
game room with a ski locker area that opens directly to a deck adjacent to the ski trails.
