Inspired Modern Living
ABOVE: Located on the desert floor and surrounded by expansive open space, this 6,000-square-foot estate optimizes its limited backyard through thoughtful
material selection and its unique setting. The client desired green areas for their pets and grandkids. The design includes a putting green, an outdoor kitchen,
a covered patio area and additional patios off each guest suite.
FACING PAGE: The "Lifehouse" was an opportunity to transform a home with little architectural significance by stripping it down to the studs and opening
previously compartmentalized spaces to liberate the views and create a breathtaking result. The design blends soothing neutrals with bold color-blocking,
adding a "wow" factor to every room. The dining area, inspired by a collaboration with designer Kenneth Cobonpue, boasts a conversation-starting light
fixture, while adjacent patios and courtyards offer ideal spaces for continued entertainment.
The primary suite is a serene sanctuary, featuring star-like lighting, grounded walls, and a meditation patio in front. Direct pool access from the seating area
enhances the suite's tranquil atmosphere. The primary bath is equally remarkable, with seamless natural light, luxurious materials, and separate dressing
areas. Together, the suite and bath create an otherworldly experience for relaxation and rejuvenation. Every aspect of this home has been designed for the
ultimate in experience and enjoyment.
