Creating the ultimate outdoor oasis for actress Tricia Helfer required a complete exterior
transformation and backyard renovation at her striking Beverly Hills hillside home. The result
was a modern and inviting retreat, where Tricia was involved from start to finish in the project,
collaborating with the design team to select every finish, furnishing, and more.
The fully refreshed façade seamlessly connects the main property to the outdoor living area
with a sleek, contemporary look. White stucco merges with warm wood and steel accents, so
the space simultaneously stands out from and integrates into its surroundings. A full bathroom
and outdoor shower are cleverly hiden behind this modern façade beside the outdoor bar.
A luxe new pool serves as the centerpiece, offering the perfect place for relaxation and
entertaining. The addition of a built-in barbecue area and resort-inspired lounge seating
makes this space ideal for hosting gatherings, while the lush landscaping enhances the
organic ambiance.
