Pinfold Architects + MV Design
Respecting the existing 1918 house was balanced with the owner's request for light, modern
open plan living spaces. The project incorporated the western yard, redefining the contours
into 2 levels with a new swimming pool area accessed from the main living level.The new lower
lawn is accessed from a new basement level, complete with spacious study and wine cellar.
