Inspired Modern Living
A vanishing-edge pool slips under the main house. The sustainably harvested Ipe wood bridge, supported by poured
concrete piers, spans the pool and provides an overlook to the ravine. A vegetated green roof sits atop the home,
offering an intriguing outdoor lounge experience.
The covered porch — a seamless extension of the interior living space — has motorized screens, which transform the
space to an all-weather destination. The ceiling and flooring materials are continuous and intended to further blur the
distinction between the interior and exterior spaces.
