With four adult children, the owners wanted a house that would integrate them into the surrounding mountain landscape while providing a space for current
and future generations of the family to enjoy. The Snowmass Village ski-in/ski-out site includes a creek, ponds, and panoramic views of the neighboring ski
slopes. The garage and entry are separated by a bridge element that spans the creek and waterfall. Across the bridge and over the waterfall, one enters the
formal living and dining rooms where expansive glass integrates panoramic views and the sound of falling water into the space. A grand, double-sided stone
fi replace divides the formal living area from the family room. Situated between the kitchen and dining nook, the family room provides the perfect space for
entertainment. The main living area then fl ows into a large covered deck extending out to the north, providing panoramic views of the nearby ski run and pond.
