Masters of Landscape Lighting
THIS PAGE AND FACING PAGE: This six-acre property, nestled in the heart of Central
Ohio, is one of the premier residences in the Midwest. The estate is full of diverse,
vibrant plant life and challenged the LUC team to expand their technical skills to
properly illuminate each area.
They evenly lit the front architecture of the home, highlighting the grand entry to
welcome guests. The back of the estate reveals the opulence of the living space while
the reflection in the pool enhances views of the surrounding trees and foliage.
Multiple layers of light help direct the eye to the various focal points, including the
many small private refuges — or outdoor rooms — around the estate. By lighting each
vignette differently, LUC tells the story of that space at night and elicits the relevant
emotion.
