as the Sleeper House, as it features prominently in the 1973 Woody
Allen sci-fi comedy Sleeper is an iconic piece of Colorado architecture
in Genesee. It's instantly recognizable to anyone traveling I-70 to
the mountains. It was a true honor for Lighthouse of Denver to light
to this masterpiece, highlighting its unique form and history. It was
proudly recognized with the 2025 AOLP Residential Large Award of
Excellence.
