The project centers on a generous outdoor living area with an expansive, intricately crafted water feature. A custom steel pergola anchors the patio, its structural form inspired by the Eiffel Tower. Channeling the spirit of a Parisian bouchon, the pergola is accented with thoughtfully tailored bistro details, transforming outdoor dining and entertaining into a transportive experience for the homeowners and their guests. Beyond the submerged underwater fixtures carved seamlessly into the stone, two pergola columns facing the water feature are outfitted with smart-controlled downlights. These lights highlight the stone slabs integrated into the water feature, which double as a performance stage where the family gathers to present Shakespearean plays. The lighting serves a dual purpose, illuminating the water feature while providing theatrical stage lighting for summer evening dinner theater.
