FACING PAGE: From the moment you step inside, this home unfolds with quiet sophistication as a modern heirloom where timeless architecture meets refined contemporary living. Working
closely with our clients, we made every decision intentionally and were guided by our belief that great design should feel as enduring as it is beautiful, blending classic materials, thoughtful
craftsmanship, and modern functionality. The kitchen is equal parts elevated and inviting. By extending the island, dividing the sink-wall windows, and adding custom hutches, we created a space
that now works seamlessly. Everyday dishes are within reach, while a coffee station and small appliances disappear behind concealed cabinetry.
The pantry and range hood are two of my favorite details. Removing the pantry door allowed it to become a natural extension of the kitchen, complete with a custom oval window. The range hood
was a labor of love. I began with a hand sketch, then built a full cardboard mock-up to perfect the proportions before it was sculpted in plaster. Getting every curve just right was worth it, as it
became the quiet yet statement-making focal point.
BELOW: At the heart of the living room, a striking marble fireplace anchors the space with understated elegance, creating a natural gathering place that feels both intimate and inviting. Rich
materials, layered lighting, carefully curated furnishings, and meaningful artwork create depth and harmony.
