THIS PAGE & FACING PAGE: Tucked away on nearly three acres of serenity, this 7,400-square-foot modern residence was designed by Modern NetZero to have a strong dialogue between architecture
and landscape. We approached the exterior lounge, dining, and entertaining areas with the same sense of restraint and sophistication found indoors. Rather than creating a separate outdoor
environment, the contemporary furnishings reinforce the impression that the terrace is a natural extension of the interior while complementing the architectural language of the residence and its natural
surroundings. A sense of quiet luxury is expressed through proportion, comfort, material quality, and connection to the site.
