Sebastian Construction Group, founded in 1948, is a privately-
owned Company specializing in the construction of very high
quality, large scale residential projects. Over the years, Sebastian
has grown to be one of the leading high-end residential
construction managers, both in the Southwest and Southern
California. Sebastian has been involved with a variety of projects
from very small "jewel box" renovation projects to the largest in
scale of estate residences. But the common thread has always
