6:00pm-8:00pm Team registration and player packages in the
Clarendon Room
7:30pm-10:00pm Reception and cocktail party with hors d'oeuvres,
tournament, welcome and announcements, team auction and pari-mutual
wagering in the Ballroom. Casual attire.
Thursday, October 16th
7:00am-10:00am Breakfast buffet for players with morning start times
in the Men's Grill
8:00am-1:00pm First round tee times on the Country Club course. Players
can make their own 4-some and request a specific starting time for their
opening round.
11:00am-3:00pm Hot lunch will be served on the Terrace and on the golf
course
6:00pm-10:00pm Concert on the Terrace featuring The Texas Unlimited
Band. Dinner and Dancing under the Stars. Spouses welcomed.
Markham Jewelers putting FORE Diamonds. Gentlemen's golf challenge
contest. Casual country club attire
