Distance Measuring Devices may be used that measure distance only.
The use of devices that gauge or measure other conditions (e.g. wind or
gradient) is not permitted.
Immovable Obstructions Close to Putting Green: local rule as prescribed
in USGA rules Appendix 1 is in effect. If a ball lies off the putting green
but not in a hazard or an immovable obstruction (e.g. sprinkler head)
within two clublengths of the putting green and within two clublengths
of the ball intervenes on the line of play, the player may take relief under
24-2.
Green Tee Policy: players that qualify to compete from the Green Tees
must announce that prior to play on Day One. In order to qualify to
play from the Green Tees, a player must have a Combined Age and
Handicap Index that meets, or exceeds 85. Example: A player's age
is 75 and his Handicap Index is 13.5 giving him a total of 88.5. Players
competing from the Green Tees will be subject to a 2 stroke handicap
reduction per USGA Guidelines.
