TEAM FAZIO C FLIGHT FAZIO BOB BIRENBAUM has distinguished himself over four decades in private practice as a Therapeutic Optometrist. National Board Certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases, He specializes in working with patients with complicated vision disorders and complex contact lens conditions. He graduated from Tulane University and later earned his Doctorate of Optometry degree from the University of Houston. He is an active supporter of the National Prevention of Blindness Society and recently, adopted the Kidd's Kids charity. Dr Bob is a Dallas native along with his wife, Carolyn, four children and eight grandchildren. RICHARD PARKER has been a golf member since 2005, and is currently serving on the Board of Governors. He is married and has four children. He is the owner of Alatex printing and promotional products company. Golf has taken over as his sport of passion, along with wrestling with his bestie "Shoe" after a few cocktails. He is looking forward to competing in his 3rd Crusader Cup. DALE HOOVER is a Senior Financial Executive and currently holds active CPA, CMA and CFM licenses. He has over 25 years of experience working for some of the top private and public construction companies including Tutor Perini Corporation, and Tutor-Saliba Corporation. In addition, he has held various other CFO, VP of Finance or Controller roles throughout his career. He is new to the Dallas area after having spent the last 35 years living in California.He resides in Stonebriar Village, with wife, Jody, their 8 year old Lab and two grandchildren. He is an avid golfer who also enjoys walking, gardening, working out and enjoying the great food here in North Texas.
