recommend the best caterer for your needs or work with the venue's on-
site catering staff to create phenomenal fusion menus with impressive
presentations—smoking paneer trays, behl puri in floating bubbles,
passed-appetizer trays suspended from helium balloons, whatever we
can dream up. Perhaps most importantly, we ensure that the catering
staff is well aware of our high expectation of service—the food must
taste amazing, look beautiful, and be served fresh and hot.

Stocking a bar is an art form, truly. We know what guests expect, what
they want, and how much they are likely to consume and ensure that
there are always plenty of refreshing options on hand—alcoholic and

design the menu of drinks. Delhi coladas, Bombay punch with cotton
