I have been helping clients find their dream home for over twenty years. I attribute
a lot of my success from spending endless hours touring homes immediately upon
listing or even prior to being listed, so that I have personal knowledge of the property
prior to discussing it with my clients. I look at everything from primary residences,
to vacation properties to income properties so that I can help my clients with
whatever their real estate investment needs might be.
For my listing clients, I work closely with them to make sure that their home is in
the best possible condition for tours and sale. I have accumulated a vast network of
professionals – from craftspeople to home stagers - to help my clients show their
home in the best possible light. I also find it very important to work closely with my
clients to keep them informed as to my marketing activities for their home and the
results I achieve through my efforts.
