property with confidence. Once the home is staged, they can hire a photographer, design the promotional materials, plan
open houses, and schedule private showings. Agents want to work with stagers who are reliable, well-connected, and
willing to get supremely creative. When you promise a completion time, be willing to work weekends, pull all-nighters, and
call in favors to get it done. If the photographer shows up and the home isn't ready, everybody will know and you'll be
looking for a new career.
